Know what your customers really think. The Reputation Intelligence Agent reads the reviews you already receive, groups the complaints buyers keep repeating into one ranked list, and drafts a reply for each review in the reviewer's own language.
Where your reviews come from
Your reviews are scattered across Google, Trustpilot and every store you sell on — impossible to watch by hand. A one-star sits unanswered for a week, future buyers read it, and you only notice the damage when sales dip. Online reputation management can’t be a tab you remember to open.
Reviews everywhere
Google, Trustpilot, marketplaces — no single place shows the full picture.
Negatives go unanswered
An angry review with no reply tells every future buyer you don’t care.
You notice too late
Sentiment turns weeks before the star rating — and the sales — catch up.
A reputation management tool built for ecommerce — every capability points at one outcome: protect the rating that decides whether a stranger buys.
Connect Google and Trustpilot for your brand, plus product reviews from your own WooCommerce or Wix store. Everything is read through official APIs on sources you authorised — never scraped, and never from someone else's business. Review management stops meaning ten browser tabs.
Connect your review platforms once, then optionally track individual products you sell.
Brand & store presence
Product targets
“Too small”, “doesn't fit” and “the size chart is wrong” are one problem, not three. The agent groups reviews describing the same issue into a single objection, ranks them by how many buyers raised each, and shows whether it is growing or fading against the previous 30 days. A complaint has to appear in three separate reviews before it is ranked — one angry customer never becomes a task.
Lantern arrived with a dent — packaging could be much better.
Each review is scored positive, neutral or negative, and plotted over time. You see sentiment turning — by source and by product — before it drags your star rating down, so brand monitoring becomes a head start, not a post-mortem.

For every review the agent drafts a reply in the reviewer's own language — calm, specific, on brand. You edit it before you post, always. A public reply that reads as machine-written gets flagged by review platforms and spotted instantly by buyers, so the draft removes the blank page and the translation problem, and you add the specifics only you can.

We're really sorry the lantern arrived damaged, Laura — that's on us. We've sent a replacement today and are reviewing our packaging. Thank you for flagging it.
Reputation isn’t one number. The agent breaks reviews down per product, so you see exactly which item is pulling your rating — and whether it’s shipping, sizing or quality behind the complaints.

No — and the reason matters. Amazon offers no review API to anyone, and on Shopify reviews live inside whichever review app you installed rather than in Shopify itself. The only way to read either at scale is scraping, which can put your own seller account at risk, so we did not build it. Amazon and Shopify sellers still connect Google and Trustpilot and get the full ranked picture there.
You run a scan from your dashboard whenever you want one. There is no background monitoring and nothing emails you today — that is on the roadmap, not in the product.
It drafts one for every review, in the reviewer's language. You edit it before posting, every time. A reply that reads as machine-written damages the reputation you are protecting, so the draft is a starting point and never the finished thing.
Yes. Every review is scored positive, neutral or negative and plotted over time, broken down by source and by product — next to the ranked objections that explain what is moving underneath.
Reviews are processed on EU-hosted infrastructure with GDPR-aligned, privacy-first analytics. Reviewer names are never stored, and reviews are deleted after 24 months.
It automates the practice of reputation management.
